EICC-ON
EICC members collaborate to develop shared programs and tools that reduce duplication and improve efficiencies between companies: EICC-ON will provide both members and members’ suppliers with a powerful tool to gauge risk and manage audits and corrective action plans while reducing redundancy in the electronics supply chain.
This platform allows members and their suppliers to collaborate on supply chain social and environmental responsibility management with easy-to-use online functionality. EICC-ON is available in English and Simplified Chinese.
The platform enables:
- Online completion of the Self-Assessment Questionnaire, including online analysis by a company's customers[1]
- Entry of audit data originating from the Validated Audit Process
- Effective audit corrective action management and non-compliances verification process
- Entry and sharing of carbon emissions data (Future)
- Ability to schedule training sessions (onsite or online), invite companies or users, and manage attendees
- Development of customizable online and exportable reporting based on standard reporting templates
- Company self-registration and maintenance, including supply chain trading relationship specification
- Ability for a company to invite its suppliers to use the tool
- Secure sharing of common supplier social responsibility data with customers
