Antitrust Compliance Policy
The activities of the EICC are subject to antitrust/competition laws in the U.S. and Europe and other countries where our companies do business. Although the EICC’s mission and goals — advancing the interests of the EICC and of the industry — are wholly appropriate, the meetings and programs of the group should be conducted so as to eliminate questions regarding antitrust compliance. We take this responsibility seriously and have developed a statement that is published before meetings.
