Member Company Access
EICC members have access to 50 EICC-ON user licenses as a benefit of membership in the coalition. System users can take advantage of all of the functionality available in EICC-ON.
EICC members are encouraged to begin using the system to take full advantage of the benefits of membership in the coalition. This webpage contains information to help you get started in EICC-ON
Accessing the system
All member companies have been asked to provide a primary contact for EICC-ON. User accounts have been created for each of these contacts, and once signed into the system users can begin creating additional user accounts, setting up facilities, and entering Self Assessment Questionnaire information. Click here to access the system and to manage your company user accounts, facilities, and SAQs.
Email eicc-onhelp@eicc.info if your company does not already have access to EICC-ON or if you need help accessing the system.

Completing SAQs
EICC-ON allows member companies to create a corporate record and multiple facility records, and to associate a Self Assessment Questionnaire with each record. The corporate SAQ covers the entire company and only needs to be completed once. The facility questionnaire is site specific and should be completed separately for each facility in EICC-ON. The facility questionnaire covers both manufacturing and service locations. Depending on how the user fills out the initial questions, the other sections of the questionnaire will populate with the appropriate questions.
The corporate SAQ covers the entire company and can be found under the supplier's main account. The facility questionnaire is site specific and should be completed separately for each facility in EICC-ON. Suppliers will need to create facility records before starting the facility questionnaire. This questionnaire covers both manufacturing and service locations. Depending on how the user fills out the initial questions, the other sections of the questionnaire will populate with the appropriate questions.
The SAQ in EICC-ON is a dynamic document, displaying only the questions relevant to your operations based on your company's responses to other questions in the questionnaire. An option to export the questions into Excel to fill in offline before re-importing is also available, but please note that questions that allow for multiple answers do not export. There are approximately 40 questions across all sections of the Self Assessment that fall into this category. In addition, in order for a successful import of an Excel document to occur, the original Excel document that was exported out of EICC-ON must be the document used for import.
Once an SAQ is 100% completed in the system, the SAQ must be "Released" before the results can be shared. Each questionnaire must be released individually. An SAQ that has been released can still be edited at any time. After a questionnaire has been edited, it will need to be released again before the updated results can be shared.

Inviting Suppliers
To take full advantage of the tool, members should begin inviting their suppliers to begin completing the SAQ in EICC-ON. Supplier access to EICC-ON costs $250 per facility per year, and will allow suppliers to complete the corporate and facility SAQs online and easily share the results with multiple customers simultaneously. The system will also soon allow suppliers to schedule and track VAP audits and to share audit reports with multiple customers. Click here for a list of benefits to suppliers as well as a list of frequently asked questions.

Establishing Trade Relationships
Many EICC member companies are also suppliers to other members. EICC-ON is designed to allow members to share their SAQ data with customers in the same way they can view their non-member suppliers' data. In order to share or view a supplier's SAQ results, member companies must first establish trading relationships and set Access Rights.
